Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Nikah Wasila website, consultation booking, client portal, and matchmaking services. They match how the system is built.

The service

Nikah Wasila is a consultancy. We do not guarantee marriage, engagement, or any particular introduction. Introductions require consultant review and mutual consent. In this version, matching is opposite-gender nikah only.

Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18. You must provide accurate information and may not create duplicate accounts. We may refuse or end a file where documents cannot be verified, where conduct is abusive, or where the process is not suitable.

Family and wali

Where a wali is required, introductions and meetings must respect that. A supervised family thread, when opened, includes the consultant on the record. There is no unsolicited private inbox between matches.

Packages and payment

Fees, duration, and introduction limits are those on your invoice. This website does not yet collect card payments. Bank transfers are recorded by finance. Refunds follow the refund policy and the written package agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape client data, impersonate another person, harass staff or families, or use the service as a dating feed. We may log security events, rate-limit abuse, and retain audit records.

Law

These terms are intended for services delivered from Karachi, Pakistan. Privacy handling is described on the privacy page. For questions, use the contact form — do not attach CNIC images.
