A clear process. No surprises.

Every introduction is reviewed by a person. Technology stores the file. It never messages the other family for you.

1. Consultation

We listen first. Suitability, expectations, budget, and privacy are agreed before any profile work begins. Response target: 24 hours. Consultation confirmation target: 12 hours.

2. Private registration

Your account and profile stay off search engines. Nothing is listed for the public to browse. Religious and sensitive fields are collected only when matching needs them, and several are voluntary.

3. Consent and verification

Identity documents are reviewed by a verification officer, stored privately, and access-logged. We do not claim a file is fully verified unless that check was completed. Document review target: 72 hours where documents are in order.

4. Consultant matching

The system may score suggestions. A consultant still decides what is recommended. Matches in this version are opposite-gender nikah only, with conflict checks and package limits.

5. Mutual interest

You express interest. The other family is not auto-contacted. There is still no chat. Phone numbers stay hidden until both sides offer them.

6. Family introduction

After both approvals — and a wali where required — a supervised family thread may open, with the consultant on the record. Meetings and follow-up continue until an outcome is recorded.
