Refunds

Refunds must match the invoice and this page. Finance records every approved refund against the original payment.

Consultation fees

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable after the meeting is held, whether in Karachi or by video. If we cancel before the meeting, the fee is refunded or rebooked at your choice.

Packages

Package refunds, if any, follow the written agreement for that package: duration, introduction limit, and any cooling-off note printed on the invoice. Unused introductions are not automatically cashed out. Expiry follows the package dates on the invoice, with any grace period finance has configured.

How money moves

This website does not collect cards yet. Bank transfer refunds go back to the originating account where practical. JazzCash or Easypaisa refunds, when those methods are used, are recorded by finance in the same way.

What is not refunded

Third-party costs you chose (travel, venue, independent legal advice) are not refunded by Nikah Wasila. Abuse, duplicate accounts, or withheld documents may end a file without unused-fee return, as stated on the invoice.

How to ask

Write through your account or the contact form. Do not attach CNIC images. Finance will confirm in writing. Audit and invoice records of the refund are retained.
